Zhu Beilei, COO, served as senior business director of advertising operation center of SMG group, deputy director of Marketing Department of OTV-Media, director of Central Ground Advertising Department of Dragon TV, director of Advertising Department of UUS. With more than 15 years of marketing and sales management experience, she has led the team to complete the business construction tasks from zero to one for many times. She has strong executive ability as well.
岗位职责：
1.服务公司合作客户，高效完成与客户的对接工作，并与客户建立良好沟通；
2.为项目起草预算和成本控制；
3.沟通了解客户需求，执行项目并控制流程；
4.负责对质量的管理和控制；
5.项目完成后及时向客户以及公司汇报活动评估；
6.具有管理跨地区团队的能力；
7.协助部门的日常管理和客户服务；
任职要求：
1.大专或以上学历毕业；
2.具有创造型思维，有敏锐的洞察力，分析能力和应变能力；
3.思维缜密，注重细节，有较强的组织协调能力和人员管理能力；
4.有良好沟通能力和亲和力，以及自我提升的学习动力，责任心强、细心、严谨；
5.熟练运用Excel/Ppt/Word等Office软件，会Ps，Ai，Pr等软件的更佳；

职位描述：
1、通过识别市场趋势、探索新产品概念及冰雪产品开发；
2、研究公司冰雪产品和市场中相关产品的优劣趋势；
3、负责冰雪产品的创意策划、文案撰写、前期培训及市场推广；
4、负责前期和客户的沟通协调工作；
5、完成上级领导交办的其它工作。
任职要求：
1、大学本科或以上学历毕业，熟练的英语听、说、读、写能力；
2、具有独立的组织能力和培训功底；
3、具有良好的市场分析和创新思维能力，善于撰写活动策划方案；
4、能熟练用办公软件，有良好文字表达能力、良好的口头和书面沟通、组织和策划能力；
5、具备较强的敬业精神和团队合作意识，能承受短期内高强度的工作压力；
6、有志于在体育营销领域发展，行业经验非硬性要求，热爱冰雪运动者优先考虑。
